I’m putting structure to postpartum planning.
Nine quick questions about the people in your life. At the end, you’ll know exactly who to ask for what after the baby comes.

People mean it. But when you’re home with a newborn and running on no sleep, figuring out what to ask for, and who to ask, is one more job. So we gave everyone a position.
How it works
Each one asks about the people in your life. Type the first name that comes to mind.
Each person lands in the position they’re already great at. Open spots are fine.
Tap a name to text them their position and playbook. One clear ask.
The nine positions
Every position is one job, named and clearly theirs. When you build your team, you’ll get a printable playbook for each one to hand to that teammate.
You can use the same person for more than one position.
No one for a spot?
A lot of moms don’t, and it’s more common than anyone talks about. Maybe your family lives far away, your friends are in a different season of life, or asking just doesn’t feel possible right now. That doesn’t mean you can’t have support. It means some spots get filled a different way.
Don’t worry. We have a guide for that.
Every position has a short guide for what to do if you don’t have someone yet. Each one starts with a single small step, so you only focus on what matters first. You’ll get all of them when you build your team.
After you build your team, we’ll email you a link to every playbook and guide.
Plus your Coaching Staff
Your roster is the people who love you. Your Coaching Staff is the people trained to know what normal looks like, and what to do when something doesn’t feel right.
Got picked for a team?
If a friend sent you here, she chose you because this is something you’re already great at. You don’t have to do everything. Just show up in this one way. The playbook link in her text shows you exactly what your role looks like.
See all nine rolesEvery day I work on Pregnancy Pods, I repeat one phrase:
Bring structure to postpartum planning.
Why I built this
I’m Aly, the founder of Pregnancy Pods. I’m a social worker and a mom, and I spent years coaching teams. I’ve watched so many women do everything to get ready for the baby, then get home and realize the part nobody set up was their support.
There’s no shortage of postpartum advice. What’s missing is a plan. The Dream Team is the simplest one I know how to make.
Aly
“Pregnancy Pods was such a great way to meet women in the same life stage as me, first-time mommas! It was nice being able to come together and learn useful info and tips for navigating the postpartum stage. Aly was a very kind, supportive, and engaging leader of the group.”
